As a proud mother of three and certified prenatal and postnatal specialist, Trainer Kristen Clahane understands the challenges moms face when it comes to their health and fitness. Kristen focuses on proper breathing technique, restoring and strengthening the pelvic floor and core, practicing proper posture and alignment, and increasing strength. Through a one-on-one consultation, she'll work with you to identify your unique fitness needs and goals to create a safe and effective workout plan.
