School’s out, and the gym is IN!

Keep your kids active and healthy with Maxed Out Fitness’s Summer Strong, our 8-week youth summer fitness program! We use fun and engaging exercises to build strength, cardio, balance, flexibility, power, and endurance.
Summer Strong is available to children aged 11 to 16.

Our trainers are CPR / AED certified and focused on prioritizing your child’s safety and well-being.

Full 8-Week Program: $480
Half 4-Week Program: $280
