Maxed Out Fitness is going to Shamrock the Dock!

Shamrock the Dock 2023 is a two-day music and cultural festival with global and local acts. The main stage features bands such as Seven Nations, Scythian, Dublin 5 and all the way from Scotland, Skerryvore! The second stage and tent will showcase Irish Dancing, pipe bands and other acts. There will be Incredible Food and drink choices as well as other vendors selling their wares. All ages are welcome!
